Day 1: Malaysia - Kathmandu, Nepal

Highlight: Patan Durbar Square.

  • Patan Durbar Square: It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley situated on the site of former royal palace, which listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites
  • Swayambhunath Stupa: also known as “Monkey Temple”, it is the most famous temple in the country. It was built at the 3rdcentury and become one of the oldest Buddhist sites in Asia.
  • Tonight, enjoy Nepali Cultural Folk Dance with welcome dinner.
Day 2: Kathmandu - Paro, Bhutan - Thimphu

Highlight: Tashicho Dzong.

  • After lunch, transfer to airport for your flight to the gateway of happiness – Bhutan
  • Tashichho Dzong: commonly known as Thimphu Dzong, and situated on the west bank of Wang Chhu,also one of the popular and biggest landmarks in Thimphu. Today, the dzong consist of the Throne room and offices of the King of Bhutan.

     

Day 3: Thimphu - Punakha - Thimphu

Highlight: Punakha Dzong.

  • Chimi Lhakhang: known as the “Fertility Temple” and famous throughout Bhutan as a place whichinduces fertility for all the visitors who come here wishing for a child.
  • Punakha Dzong: a fortress built in 1637 was the ancient capital of Bhutan. Today, it is the winter palace for the monastic body of Bhutan as Punakha Valley, located between Po Chhu (Father River) and Mo Chhu (Mother River).
  • Visit the Temple for Monk Blessing Ceremony, number of religious rites performed by Buddhist monks and lamas. This represents the importance mantras and will be blessed you for happy and prosperous life.
  • Dochula Pass: it is one of themost beautiful mountains passes where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the snowcapped Eastern Himalayas. Druk Wangyal Chortens, 108 small chortens was built to honor of Bhutanese soldiers who died in a 2003 military operation and dedicated to World Peace.
  • Simply Bhutan Museum:modern living museum resembling a Bhutanese village featuring the tradition and culture of Bhutanese, where you can taste Bhutanese Wine and to enjoy Bhutanese Traditional Folk Dance. You can also experience Archery Game which is the national sport of Bhutan.
  • Bhutan Handicraft Emporium and Authentic Bhutanese Crafts Street: get a taste of Bhutan’s traditional arts and crafts.

     

Day 4: Thimphu - Paro

Highlight: Create Your Own Personalized Stamp.

  • Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha point): a gigantic 167 feet high Buddha statue constructed in the mountains, and overlooking the city of Thimphu.
  • National Memorial Chorten:most visible landmarks of Thimphu, the monument is also a stupa to honor the third king of Bhutan and focus of daily worship. The interior contains of gorgeous paintings and intricate sculptures.
  • Motithang Takin Preserve (Mini Zoo):is a wildlife reserve area for protecting Takin, the national animal of Bhutan.
  • Bhutan Post Office Headquarters: Bhutan is the world’ famous “stamp-country” and make it become one of the must-see attractions in Bhutan.You may create your own personalized stamp here, and send with those postcards to your beloved friends and family.
  • Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory:the traditional handmade papermaking originated in the 8th century, here you can watch the most traditional way and process of papermaking.
  • Rinpung Dzong:known for its Bhutanese architecture style, houses the monastic body and government offices of Paro
    district.
  • Paro National Museum: originally as watchtower in town of Paro, and renovated as National Museum today. The museumhouses over 3000 works of Bhutanese art depicting ancient cultural heritage of the country.
Day 5: Paro - Tiger Nest

Highlight: Taktsang Monastery (Tiger Nest).

  • Taktsang Monastery (Tiger Nest): it is atemple complex that built on the cliff edge about 3000m above sea level in Paro Valley, making it the one of the most amazing temples in the world. You may choose to walk uphill or ride a horse to midway point and continue hike to the monastery. (Remarks: Horse riding is excluded and own expenses, everyone must hike downhill the entire way).
  • Dressed in Kira and Gho for Photo Shoot: Bhutan’s traditional dress is one of the most distinctive and visible aspects of the country.Today, you can try the national costume and take beautiful photos!
  • Kyichu Temple: it is the oldest temple in Bhutan, which built in the 7thcentury by King Songtsen Gampo. The temple has the largest of cultural relics, and become the important place for daily worship as well as the place where the famous Hong Kong Actor Tony Leong and Carina Lau’ wedding ceremony held.
  • Local Market of Paro Town: shopping for some local products and souvenirs.

     

Day 6: Paro - Kathmandu, Nepal - Nagarkot

Highlight: White Temple And Black Temple.

  • Transfer to airport after breakfast, connect flight to the capital of Nepal – Kathmandu.
  • Bhaktapur Durbar Square: it is the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom, located in the current town of Bhaktapur,also known as an open-air museum. There are 500-year-old Palaces of the Mala Dynasty with including many palaces, courtyards, temples and statues with artistic features.
  • Nagarkot Hill Station: is a world-famous hills station commanding breathtaking views of Himalayan Range in Kathmandu Valley.

     

Day 7: Nagarkot - Katmandu - Malaysia

Highlight: Kathmandu Durbar Square.

  • Kathmandu Durbar Square: one of three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley. This is a complex of beautiful temples and shrines which are embellished with intricately carved exteriors and became one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1979.
  • Boudhanath Stupa: it is the largest stupas in Nepal and aroundthe world. The Stupa is said to entomb the remains of Kassapa Buddha, and listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1979.
  • Thamel Market: is a commercial neighbourhood andlargest tourist shopping district located in Kathmandu. The market filled with tour agents, trekking guides, clothing stores, restaurants, cafes and bars, even the alleys are set up for tourism.
  • After dinner, transfer to Kathmandu International Airport for flight back to Malaysia. Wish you a safe and pleasant flight back home!

     

Day 8: Arrival In Malaysia
